The following policy applies to all events unless a specific event explicitly modifies it.
Industry Live does not give refunds for most purchases/participation on its Website.
You can’t submit a refund request towards the participation fee but you can still contact the organizer with questions at email@example.com.
Depending on each event, you may still be able to change the name on your participation, transfer your participation to someone else or transfer to a different event hosted by the same organizer depending on the organiser’s discretion, if requested in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If an event is cancelled, no action is required to obtain a refund; we will issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of the purchase.
