The following policy applies to all events unless a specific event explicitly modifies it.

Industry Live does not give refunds for most purchases/participation on its Website.

Depending on each event, you may still be able to change the name on your participation, transfer your participation to someone else or transfer to a different event hosted by the same organizer depending on the organiser’s discretion, if requested in writing at

If an event is cancelled, no action is required to obtain a refund; we will issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of the purchase.
